Fiziksel hareketsizlik d\u00fcnya genelindeki \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00f6nde gelen risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fc olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Toplumun b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funda fiziksel aktivite, \u201cspor\u201d kelimesi ile e\u015fanlaml\u0131 olarak alg\u0131lanmaktad\u0131r. Oysa fiziksel aktivite, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam i\u00e7inde kas ve eklemlerin kullan\u0131larak enerji harcamas\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen, kalp ve solunum h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131ran ve farkl\u0131 \u015fiddetlerde yorgunlukla sonu\u00e7lanan aktiviteler olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r. Bu kapsamda spor aktivitelerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra egzersiz, oyun ve g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lan \u00e7e\u015fitli aktiviteler de fiziksel aktivite olarak kabul edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye Beslenme ve Sa\u011fl\u0131k Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 2010\u201d sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re 12 ya\u015f \u00fczeri n\u00fcfusun %72\u2019sinin;\u00a0 6-11 ya\u015f n\u00fcfusun ise\u00a0 %60\u2019\u0131n\u0131n hareketsiz oldu\u011fu bulunmu\u015ftur. T\u00fcrkiye Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Beslenme ve Hareketli Hayat Program\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n B.6 ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi toplumun fiziksel aktivite al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik aktiviteleri kapsamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Fiziksel aktivitenin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n koruyucu ve geli\u015ftirici etkisinin g\u00f6r\u00fclebilmesi i\u00e7in g\u00fcnl\u00fck aktivitelerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra\u00a0\u00a0yeti\u015fkin ya\u015f grubunda haftan\u0131n 5 (be\u015f) g\u00fcn\u00fc en az 30 dakika; 5-17 ya\u015f grubu i\u00e7in ise g\u00fcnde en az 60 dakika orta \u015fiddette fiziksel aktivite yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. (Orta \u015fiddette fiziksel aktivite, solunum veya kalp at\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131nda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck art\u0131\u015flara neden olan orta d\u00fczeyde fiziksel efor gerektiren fiziksel aktivitedir. Bunu \u015fu \u015fekilde tan\u0131mlayabiliriz; yap\u0131lan aktivite esnas\u0131nda ki\u015fi konu\u015fabilir fakat \u015fark\u0131 s\u00f6yleyemez.
